b. If an email address on our (non-customer) contact lists is found to be inactive for more than 3 years, we will automatically delete the email address including the relevant data.

We are based in France and your data will be processed in France. Some of the recipients we have described in the sections above, and to whom we disclose your personal information, are based outside of France in countries such as Switzerland for website hosting or Germany for booking. We do this on the basis of your consent to this policy.
